Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Go Go Ranch, we understand that plans can change. This refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business, in accordance with South African consumer protection legislation.

Cancellation Notice Period

• •More than 48 hours before booking: Full refund (100%) less payment processing fees
• •24-48 hours before booking: 50% refund
• •Less than 24 hours before booking: No refund

Weather-Related Cancellations

If we cancel your booking due to severe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control:

• •You will receive a full refund (100%)
• •Or you may reschedule to another available date at no additional cost

No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive for your booking without prior cancellation notice, no refund will be issued.

Refund Processing

• •Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
• •Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the booking
• •Payment processing fees (typically 2-4%) are non-refundable

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Contact us via email or phone with your booking reference number
2. Provide the reason for cancellation
3. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request within 24 hours
4. Approved refunds will be processed according to the timeframes above

Amendments to Bookings

If you wish to change your booking date or time rather than cancel:

• •Changes requested more than 48 hours in advance: No fee
• •Changes requested less than 48 hours in advance: Subject to availability and may incur a fee

Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Rights

This policy complies with the South African Consumer Protection Act (Act 68 of 2008). As a consumer, you have the right to:

• •Clear and transparent communication about charges and fees
• •Goods and services of good quality

Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our handling of your refund request, you may escalate the matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or the National Consumer Commission.
